FIRE BAN

NO OPEN FIRES EXCEPT FOR:

1. Approved cooking appliances;

2. Campfires in enclosed, covered fire pits or barbeques with at least 10 meters (32.8 ft) from combustible material (example: dry grass);

3. Burning barrel not larger than 275 litres (60 gallons) with screening over the fire with opening no larger than 1.3 cm (0.5”);

4. Enclosed incinerator.

Failure to comply will result in penalties as set out in Bylaw 2016/13 of the R.M. of Saskatchewan Landing No. 167.

This ban will remain in effect until further notice.
